Devil's Corner Chardonnay

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay off the estate vineyards predominantly on the East Coast (80%) and the balance from the Tamar Valley. Juice was run off skins immediately after pressing and then cold-settled. 


The wine is bright, pale straw in colour with green tinges. On the palate it is fresh, youthful and appealing with zesty melon aromas alongside some riper yellow peach. The overall impressions provided by this unwooded chardonnay are crisp, clean and refreshing. There are zingy citrus flavours of lemon and grapefruit, with some subtle creaminess complexity, with a zesty tight finish. 


Drink now and over the next 3 to 5 years.

Color: The wine is bright, pale straw in colour with green tinges.

Palate: On the palate it is fresh, youthful and appealing.

Growing Conditions: Crafted from 100% Chardonnay off our estate vineyards predominantly on the East Coast (61%) and the balance from the Tamar Valley. The 2013 vintage was excellent across the board and especially for white varietals.


Devil's Corner Pinot Noir

Made as a fruit-driven drink-now style with generous flavours, this delicious cool-climate Tasmanian Pinot Noir can also be cellared confidently for up to three years.


Vineyard Region: Tasmania

Vintage: 2016

Color: This Pinot Noir is brightly coloured with youthful purple tones.

Aroma: A strongly perfumed style redolent of spicy black cherry, dark fruits and hints of raspberries.

Palate: The wine displays a juicy, sweet-fruit middle palate with soft, ripe tannins and fresh acidity.

Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 13.5% 

Peak Drinking: Until 2018 


Growing Conditions: The Devil’s Corner Pinot Noir is sourced from our vineyards located in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley and on the East Coast of the island. This multi-vineyard approach allows us to focus on the strengths of each location and produce a more consistent, complex and richly flavoured wine. The 2015 saw consistent ripening conditions free of extremes, produced very high quality Pinot Noir fruit for table wine, concentrated in colour and in character, and able to be harvested at only moderate potential alcohol yet with full flavour and ripeness.


Ashgrove Premium Vintage Cheddar

Winner of Gold Medal at the Hobart Fine Food Awards.  Traditionally handcrafted cheddar matured for 18 months to develop a strong flavour and natural bite. Handcrafted using traditional Cheddaring techniques then aged up to 18months resulting in a superior strength of flavour and character. The perfect addition to any cheese board and great served as part of a ploughman.


Ashgrove Flavoursome Fetta

Traditional Greek style cow’s milk Fetta preserved in brine which results in a mild but salty flavour and firm texture.  Excellent addition to salads and antipasto.  Ideal for use in cooking.

Naturally wood smoked using Tasmanian hardwoods for a mild smokey flavour.

Warm summer days, sweet perfumes captured within. Soft and subtle in flavour. Tasmania’s millefiori 1,000 flower honey is gathered from the pasture lands of the lush wild southern island.


The open woodlands and natural pastures of Northern Tasmania, yield a rich and varied honey from clover, blackberry, thistle and many endemic species of wildflower. These scents are captured in a mild, subtle and delicate honey with a lingering, fresh flavour that appeals to all tastes.
